AT&T's stretch persisted after my August 24 trim: its overbought reading is still 85.1, it closed at fresh one- and three-month highs, and the peer earnings discount has disappeared at 8.5x versus 8.5x. I am retaining most of the remaining shares because the 14.7% profit margin and $31.80 fair-value estimate still support a core position.
